We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Group Managing Partners and Contracts Director – 2-3 days a week – to ensure smooth management of their day to day affairs on a business and personal level and allow them to make the most effective use of their time.
Ideally we’d like a person with ambition and experience in the Design & Build (D&B) industry. You will need to integrate into an established company team, be supportive of the company’s desire to grow and be
pro-active, reliable and determined member of the team. Confidentially and discretion in this position is essential as is the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner and take initiative on matters as appropriate.
The role will be diverse so flexibility in your day to day routine within the office will be required.
