SIZE: 13,300 SQ FT

After a competitive Design & Build pitch, SPACE was delighted to work in the prestigious Tower 42 building which is London’s fifth tallest skyscraper with some of the best views across the city. Working inside this scale building has some logistical challenges that need to be planned for, but SPACE ensured that there was minimum disruption and works even continued and completed during Lockdown 1, 2020.

This ambitious CAT-B office fit out took place over two floors (32, 34) to a high specification for our client DVB Bank SE part of the DZ Bank Group who wanted their new workspace to embody their brand identity and support their company culture. The focus was very much on the user experience – DVB Bank wanted to create a space that worked for them which included collaboration & tea point space encouraging communication, while the private workspaces enable employees to focus on high concentration work. Works included feature joinery throughout, new kitchen and reception areas, partitioning systems, electrical and data installation including LED lighting and small power. Audio visuals, new lighting, floor finishes and decorations throughout.
