SPACE was appointed to deliver a CAT B fit out for STADA’s new UK workplace at Green Park, Reading.
The project transformed an existing office floorplate into a modern, people-focused environment designed to support collaboration, wellbeing and flexible working.
Works included the creation of open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, wellness spaces, teapoints and a client-facing reception, alongside extensive MEP upgrades, commissioning and bespoke branded finishes throughout.
Delivered within a live commercial environment, the project required careful coordination of landlord approvals, services integration and stakeholder management. The result is a contemporary workplace that reflects STADA’s brand, enhances employee experience and provides a flexible hub for future growth.
