Kennedy Wilson tasked our team with creating a versatile roof terrace at Building 1, The Heights in Weybridge, offering exclusive 360-degree views. The goal was to provide a functional retreat for relaxation and informal meetings.
The terrace features geometric paving, decking, bench seating, and planters, with a wooden pergola and ambient globe lights creating a welcoming atmosphere. Faux foliage walls and living planters mirror the green interiors, dividing the space for privacy and comfort.
An outdoor kitchen, built-in BBQ, bar, and soft seating provide a space for socialising. Durable, outdoor-grade fabrics enhance the relaxed vibe, while shrubs and planted bulbs add natural movement.
The neutral palette and natural finishes, including wood and stone, ensure the terrace complements the building’s overall design, creating a timeless and functional outdoor space.
